Start-up B-Bright launches its own software for SMEs.
“Shall we do something together?” That single question marked the start of B-Bright just over two years ago. The young software company from Pittem, founded by three former colleagues, now has four employees. Their next goal: reaching one million euros in revenue.
“There are thousands of reporting tools. But none combine operational and financial reports with CRM or accounting data in a simple, user-friendly way.”
Olivier Seynhaeve, Co-founder
Two years ago, Merijn Demuynck (32), Lode Bogaert (31) and Olivier Seynhaeve (32) still worked together at Accent Interim. Merijn and Olivier focused on software development, while Lode specialized in business and financial analysis. But they wanted more. “None of us planned to start a company,” says Lode. “At Accent, you are encouraged to take initiative. That gave us the final push.” So B-Bright was born. At first, they offered consultancy and web development. Soon after, they discovered a gap in the market.
Reporting tools were everywhere, but they lacked one thing: a platform that links CRM, accounting, and operational data into clear and practical reports. That’s how BrightAnalytics started.
Ease of use and strong analysis became the core values. “It’s difficult to explain at first,” says Merijn. “I compare it to an iPad. Before you see it, you don’t really understand it. But once you try it, everything makes sense. BrightAnalytics works the same way.”
BrightAnalytics helps companies understand their data. The platform keeps growing, guided by the needs and questions of its users.
The team’s ambition is clear: to reach one million euros in revenue as fast as possible.
