We go the extra mile. With this slogan temp agency Absolute Jobs goes in search of suitable profiles for companies from various sectors. Even abroad. Almost one in two vacancies are filled by foreign staff.
“Today Absolute Jobs has 10 branches in Flanders as well as additional divisions in Portugal, Romania and Poland. We realise an annual growth of 30 to 40 percent”, says CFO Niels Zutterman. The growth, the various branches, the many nationalities and the extensive customer portfolio bring a lot of challenges in terms of daily business operations. “We had been on the lookout for a high-performance management reporting platform for quite some time.”
Absolute Jobs was already familiar with the team and a sister product of BrightAnalytics: the BrightStaffing ERP package. “Lode and Olivier of BrightAnalytics had a good feel for the kind of management platform our temp agency needed. That builds trust”, CFO Niels Zutterman recalls.
The consequence? The BrightAnalytics platform was implemented in less than a month and dashboards were adjusted to the specific needs. “The people at BrightAnalytics clearly know what they’re doing, and we know what we want. That makes a big difference because we were on the same page almost immediately.”
Since 2016 Absolute Jobs has been closely monitoring the financial and operational results with BrightAnalytics. “The operational dashboard in particular is very valuable to us. We link it to HR, the financial aspect, ... Everyone always has the proper info at hand to assess any given situation and make well-considered decisions. At every level. And for me as CFO it’s obviously one giant playground”, Zutterman smiles.
The shareholders also have access to reporting. “At shareholder meetings we mainly present financial reports and we frequently switch to operational figures. This makes the results more tangible and gives those present a better feel for the everyday operations in our company.” Moreover, results can’t be (accidentally) modified or removed.
The platform made a big impression at the shareholder meeting, that much is obvious from the interest it generated. At the request of several shareholders with a background in construction the CFO personally organised a presentation. “To show them how we use BrightAnalytics. I am convinced that this platform brings added value to any industry.”

The number of productive hours, registrations, job interviews or entries: since the implementation of BrightAnalytics it is easy for Absolute Jobs to link the operational figures with the financial results. “It is the perfect way to make swift and targeted adjustments. For instance, in case of a pronounced slump in performance we can plan targeted training for an employee. The transparent reporting keeps our finger on the pulse at all times.”
What’s more, the platform is flexible. As we speak, Absolute Jobs is sitting down with BrightAnalytics to determine how to fine-tune the system. One of the additional adjustments is a link with wage costs from the payroll company. “It would enable us to calculate our gross margins on an agency worker level”, Niels Zutterman explains. “We know it’s a big ask but BrightAnalytics is sparing no effort to make it possible and that is something we appreciate tremendously.”
