As a Lead Account Executive in Paris, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the French market while leading a dedicated sales team.
What does a Lead Account Executive do?
- Lead the French Sales Team: Manage a team of Business Developers and Account Executives
- Achieve revenue targets: Take responsibility for meeting predefined sales and budget goals
- Drive growth: Expand the French customer base and increase Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Ensure sustainable growth: Work with your team to achieve responsible and scalable business expansion.
- Safeguard company culture: Contribute to maintaining and strengthening our corporate values and work ethics.
- Motivate and inspire: Encourage your team to exceed goals, ensuring outstanding team performance and ever-rising standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Market Leadership
- Strengthen our market position in France
- Ensure that each local customer becomes an ambassador and generates opportunities using all available resources;
- Actively contribute to the implementation/adjustment of the regional strategy and execute it at fast pace using a mix of sales and marketing levers;
- Work closely with other teams to deliver market insights, help identify and address business/product priorities and enable BrightAnalytics to stay ahead of the market;
- Maintain gameplans, playbooks and other content to make winning strategies scalable.
- Revenue generation
- Reach regional team budget
- Make sure revenue team members reach their ARR targets
- Forecast revenue and potential business growth in the region;
- Responsible for regional pipeline (fuel + follow up)
- Put sufficient emphasis on the importance of pipeline management (lead by example)
- Lead generation
- Make sure our Business Development Team generates enough leads via combined business-marketing development actions to fuel our sales pipe;
- Monitor lead quality and manage our lead pipeeline
- Maintain- and expand our partner network
- Detect new market opportunities
- People & Team Development
- Recruitment & selection: Attract, train, lead, and retain a top-performing team of Account Executives
- Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process to ensure new team members can quickly contribute with a clear roadmap.
- Coaching & Training: Act as a mentor, ensuring global best practices are consistently applied.
- Company culture: Foster and uphold the company’s values and work culture in daily operations.
- Motivation & inspiration: Inspire your team to surpass targets and continuously raise the performance bar.
- Approach & Methodologies
- Organize shadowing sessions, role-plays, call analysis, meetings, recap sessions, and quizzes to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Continuously test and monitor the team’s knowledge and provide additional training where necessary.
Who are you?
- You hold a Master’s degree in business or a related field.
- You have at leatst +/- 5 years experience in a commercial or leadership role
- Fluent in French and English
- Highly people oriented
- Ambitious, energized and target oriented
