Partnership Manager – Hooglede (Belgium)

BrightAnalytics is a fast-growing European fintech company transforming the way SMEs and enterprises manage their management reporting process. As we expand across Europe, we’re looking for a strategic and proactive Partnership Manager to help us build and grow impactful external collaborations.

Your role

As our Partnership Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of developing and managing key strategic partnerships. You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver joint success. You won’t just manage partnerships, you’ll bring them to life and turn them into engines of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Spot new strategic partnership opportunities and jump on them when they fit our long-term goals.
  
• Build partnerships from the ground up: from the first pitch to full implementation.
  
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners and help them grow alongside us.
  
• Work side by side with teams across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Marketing to keep everyone moving in the same direction.
  
• Negotiate smart, future-focused deals that push our strategy forward.
  
• Track performance using clear metrics, and improve what’s not working — fast.
  
• Stay close to our partners, understand their needs, and make sure their voice is heard inside the company.
  
• Think commercially and act strategically, making sure our partnerships support the bigger picture.
• Willingness to travel

What we are looking for?

• You bring experience in business development, strategic partnerships or key account management.
  
• You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (or equal by experience) and know how to translate theory into impact.
  
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with external stakeholders comes naturally to you.
  
• You think commercially, communicate clearly and know how to close a deal.
  
• Numbers don’t scare you: you’re analytical, goal-oriented and always looking for ways to improve.
  
• Bonus points if you’re familiar with the financial ecosystem: think CFOs, consultants or advisors.
  
• You speak Dutch at a native level and switch effortlessly to English when needed.
