BrightAnalytics is a fast-growing European fintech company transforming the way SMEs and enterprises manage their management reporting process. As we scale across Europe, we’re looking for a Revenue Coach to help our revenue teams consistently perform at the highest level.

Your role

As a Revenue Coach, you will play a key role in optimising sales performance, fostering continuous improvement and driving a high-performance culture across our revenue teams. You’ll work closely with our sales leadership and enablement team to implement, expand, design and deliver coaching programs that help our teams meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

  • As a revenue coach, you work closely with sales to spot performance gaps and turn them into growth opportunities.
  • You bring our playbooks and training programs to life: refining and applying them to drive real impact.
  • You guide individuals and teams through their development journeys, offering hands-on support and celebrating progress.
  • As a coach, you dig into meetings, pipeline metrics and win/loss trends to uncover clear, actionable insights.
  • You empower new team members from day one, accelerating their ramp-up with focused coaching and tailored onboarding.
  • As a culture builder, you champion feedback, collaboration and continuous learning across the sales floor.
  • You make sure every coaching moment connects back to strategy, tools and systems—driving results that scale.
  • Willingness to travel 

What we are looking for?

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or fintech, with a focus on sales, revenue operations or enablement;
  • Proven track record in business, revenue generation and/or coaching high-performing sales teams;
  • Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience with tools like Hubspot, Zoom, Google suite is a plus; 
  • Native Dutch and fluent in English
