Financial reporting
P&L
BrightAnalytics’ P&L function enables detailed financial analysis through customisable dashboards, rolling views for flexible structures, and comprehensive reporting features like drill-downs, comparisons, and pivot tables.
B/S
The balance sheet has the same structure and logic as the P&L. The 1-month view presents the standard format of the balance sheet, including pivot options and you can view both balance sheet totals and entries.
Ratio
Different ratios like liabilities, current ratios, DSO, and DPO are available. Use templates or create your own via the admin panel. The platform’s financial logic allows easy customisation of reports to your needs.
Cash Flow Statement
In the cash flow section of BrightAnalytics, users can access their cash flow statement. Integrated with other financial statements, it allows you to efficiently manage and monitor your financial data.
Budget
Effortlessly import budgets from Excel or other software and compare actuals to budgets. It supports various budget scenarios like worst-case, best-case, and real-case, interchangeable between original budgets and reforecasts.
IC-elimination
Intercompany eliminations are performed automatically with the click of a button. Via flagging on different levels these intercompany entries are detected. These intercompany differences are visualised in a clear smartmap.
Multi-currency
Our multi-currency functionality simplifies the translation of transactions across different currencies. The multi-currency module allows you to view your reporting in the currency of your choice, offering flexibility and ease of use:
- Seamless rate integration with the ECB or manual input options
- Transactions are automatically translated using the correct exchange rate, with adjustments handled through CTA (Cumulative Translation Adjustments)
